Ahhh! Today was the first day of the Fall Quarter here at the school I work at. To say it has been busy would be a gross understatement. Yeesh!
But I’m here. And I weighed in today, so that is good! I gained .2 pounds. Honestly, I’m not bothered by this. It is basically a maintain. And after a weekend where I didn’t track three full days, I would say that is a solid success. I’m just happy it wasn’t a huge gain. I have been in a pattern of losing weight and then gaining it right back. So I’m happy that didn’t happen after last week’s 1.2 pound loss. I also didn’t work out (aside from crazy amounts of walking!) so that probably figured in to the maintain.
Anyway, I’m not too bothered. After WI I met an old college friend for coffee! We met up last week and he surprised me by coming again this week! It works well because I go to the Starbucks right next door to the WW location literally every Wednesday after WI. So yeah, that was fun!
Coming up this weekend we are having friends over for dinner! I’m excited to have them over but I just need to figure out what to serve! Any suggestions?
