Guys, how have I not discovered jicama before now?! My friend Jessica brought some to the bachelorette party last week and left a bunch in my fridge. It’s amazing!! I bought one myself this week and have been munching on it for the past couple of days.
The best part of jicama is that it is ZERO POINTS! I’ve been dipping it in salsa to make a fantastic zero point snack. So good! I also like it dipped in hummus. Or even plain! So delicious and crunchy!
