I was very bad this weekend.

I ate quite a bit and drank VERY many cocktails. I also didn’t count any points. 

That being said, I had a blast and don’t regret it!

Today I’m back at counting, weighing and eating healthy.  I made up a meal plan for the week that seriously looks so good I want to eat it all at one meal right this very minute. Did I forget to mention that currently I’m STARVING?

One more hour of work and then I’m hitting up the grocery store.  I made a list that hopefully will last me the week.  I’m trying to get in the habit of shopping just once a week.  Fingers crossed I can make it work! 

So, coming up this week, the dinners I have planned heavily feature our new grill!  Hot dogs tonight, while also grilling chicken breasts for tomorrow’s Cheesy Chicken Cups.  Wednesday I will be eating out for a friend’s last day of work here at school (boo!).  Then Thursday I will be marinating chicken all day so that we can grill some yummy Honey Lime Chicken Skewers for dinner! I’m pretty excited about that one.  I think it will be super tasty.  Unfortunately, Jeremiah will be missing that meal because he will be heading off on Man Trip 2012 with his friends.  So I’m going to make the full pound of chicken and have lunch and possibly dinner on Friday.  

Anyway, sorry for the ramble.  Today has been hellish at work and I’m ready to be done.  Only 48 more minutes!
