2 quesadillas : 4 corn tortillas, fat free refried beans, low fat Mexican blend shredded cheese, olive oil
Avocado : 1 avocado cut in half, sprayed with a little olive oil, sprinkled with chipotle seasoning and lime juice and grilled (or George Forman-ed) and some salsa added after!
